Fly-by is a 24”x36” acrylic on canvas framed painting. I painted this on location at my brother’s palm tree farm near the Florida Everglades in 2007. Flocks of birds usually kept me company during the hot humid summer days as they fed quietly between the trees. It was a spectacular sight to see them quietly lift in unison late in the day as they went elsewhere to roost. The group of seven birds includes herons and egrets. | |||
